Thomas Sport Center offers stress management workshops for corporates, businesses groups and individuals on request.

According to WHO (World Health Organisation) more than 50% of all illnesses worldwide are caused by stress. This makes stress the biggest health-challenge of this century.

The stress management seminars from Thomas Sport Center provide the answers to questions like: What is stress? What happens in my body? How can I reduce stress? What can I do to relieve stress? Included are mental stress management techniques and physical relaxation techniques.

For individuals: Stress management-workshops for individuals can be booked as personal training. Recommended is an initial workshop with a theoretical part and a practical session – duration 90 minutes – with subsequent sessions to exercise and practice relaxation (mental and physical) – duration 60 minutes .

Thomas Sport Center occasionally offers stress management basic-workshops for members. Non-members are welcome to attend

For groups: Stress management-workshops for groups can be booked on request. Ideal is an initial workshop with a theoretical part and a practical session – duration 120 minutes – with subsequent sessions to exercise and practice relaxation (mental and physical) – duration 60 minutes.
