due to the current restriction of participants in the course rooms, our courses require registration. For registration please click on the button:

The registration can be made at the earliest 48 hours before the course and due to the regulation, a maximum of 1 course per day can be booked. Name and telephone number must be deposited once. This way all participants of each course can be notified in case of need. Only those who do not have Internet access can have their registration entered by our team on site. The course duration is limited by decree to 60 minutes, including 15 minutes for airing and disinfecting practice material between courses. The break also serves to avoid “traffic jams” and close encounters in front of the course room. All courses 15 participants limited. The positions are marked on the floor. Cardiola-like courses with high intensity in closed rooms are currently still officially discouraged. For this reason we are not offering any cycling courses at the moment. Masks must be worn when entering the studio and on the pavements. The mask can be taken off during the exercises in the course. For floor exercises a towel the size of your body is to be put underneath. For TRX courses the wearing of finger-length gloves is mandatory. These measures serve to protect the health of all participants. We thank you for your understanding.
